ERROLZ / SITE POLICIES
Terms & conditions
Effective October 3, 2026 · Last updated October 3, 2026
About these terms
These terms describe the permitted use of errolz.com, operated by Errol. Read them together with the Privacy policy and Copyright & use policy. If you do not agree to the permissions and conditions stated here, do not use the site beyond rights independently granted by applicable law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Permission to browse
You may view the public pages for personal, non-commercial reading and viewing, use the site's browsing features, and share ordinary links to pages. This limited permission allows the temporary technical copies needed for normal browser operation. It does not transfer ownership or grant a general licence to download, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell or adapt the content.
Content and intellectual property
Original content owned by Errol is reserved as described in the Copyright & use policy. Third-party photographs, trademarks, software and other licensed material remain subject to their respective owners' rights and applicable licences. A credit, source link or publicly accessible file is not a licence from us to reuse our original work. A separate written licence takes precedence for the particular content and use it covers. Mandatory legal exceptions remain available.
Restrictions on use
Unless you have the relevant rightsholder's written permission or applicable law independently permits the use, you must not:
- Copy, redistribute, publish, sell, sublicense, commercially exploit or create adaptations of protected site content.
- Use photographs, writing or other protected material for advertising, merchandising, stock libraries, datasets, machine-learning training, model fine-tuning or AI evaluation.
- Bulk-download or scrape protected content, embed or hotlink media as part of another service, or frame pages in a way that misrepresents their source.
- Remove or falsify authorship, copyright, credit or rights-management information, or imply our endorsement.
- Bypass access controls, interfere with service, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access or use the site unlawfully.
Ordinary search indexing that links users to public pages is permitted subject to published crawler instructions and reasonable technical limits. That permission does not extend to training models or assembling reusable content libraries. We may rate-limit or block abusive requests.
Photography and technical writing
Photographs and captions may be artistic or editorial. Licensed samples are identified; sample captions are not represented as statements by the people shown. IT articles provide general information and may become outdated. They are not a promise that a procedure is suitable for your systems or a substitute for your own testing, backups and professional advice where appropriate. Explicitly licensed code examples remain governed by their stated licences.
Availability, external links and responsibility
We may change, correct, remove or temporarily suspend content or features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from harmful components. Links to external sites are provided for context and do not imply control or endorsement.
To the extent applicable law permits, the site and its content are provided as available without warranties, and the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including any applicable mandatory consumer rights. You remain responsible for your own systems and lawful use of the content.
Privacy, changes and disputes
The Privacy policy explains actual data practices and available choices. Acceptance of these terms is not a substitute for any separate privacy consent required by law. Changes to these terms apply prospectively when published, subject to any additional notice or acceptance required by law; they do not silently expand an existing written licence.
Applicable law determines governing law, jurisdiction and any non-excludable rights. These terms do not designate an exclusive court or require arbitration.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent legally effective. No failure to enforce a provision is a general waiver of rights.
For questions, permission requests or a concern about content, contact Errol at [email protected]. Include the relevant page address and enough information to understand your request. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or unnecessary identity documents.
