ERROLZ / SITE POLICIES
Copyright & use
Effective October 3, 2026 · Last updated October 3, 2026
Original work: all rights reserved
Except where a different owner or licence is identified, copyright in the original photographs, original writing, illustrations and other original creative material owned by Errol is reserved to Errol. The site does not claim ownership of third-party work or material that copyright does not protect.
Publication on this website does not transfer copyright or grant a reuse licence. Attribution alone, non-commercial intent, finding an image in search results or the ability to save a file does not grant permission from the owner.
What you may do
You may browse and read public pages and share a link to a page. Ordinary temporary browser caching needed to view the site is permitted. Other uses require prior written permission from the relevant rightsholder unless an applicable licence or the law permits the use independently.
What requires permission
For protected original content owned by Errol, permission is required for copying or downloading for reuse, reposting on social media, republication, distribution, printing, sale, advertising, commercial use, sublicensing, stock-library inclusion, modification, derivative works, media hotlinking and embedding. Permission is also reserved for inclusion in datasets or use in training, fine-tuning or evaluating artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems, to the extent those activities are subject to the owner's rights under applicable law.
Do not remove or misrepresent credits, copyright notices, watermarks or authorship information. No permission is granted to imply that Errol endorses your business, product or views. A written licence covers only the content, purpose, audience, duration and other conditions specified in it.
Third-party content and legal exceptions
The opening portfolio contains licensed sample photographs credited to their respective photographers. Those photographs are not claimed as Errol's intellectual property. Their original source/licence links are provided on their detail pages. Any rights granted directly by those licences remain with you; this policy does not revoke or override them. Third-party software, fonts, marks and public-domain map data likewise retain their own legal status.
Nothing in these policies restricts uses that applicable law permits without permission, including any applicable fair dealing, fair use, quotation, accessibility or other statutory exception. A separate express licence, including one attached to a code example, governs the work to which it applies. No ownership is asserted over facts, ideas, public-domain material or others' rights.
Permission and copyright concerns
For a written licence or a copyright concern, contact Errol at [email protected]. Include the relevant page address and enough information to understand your request. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or unnecessary identity documents.
A permission request should identify the work, intended use, publication medium, audience, territory and duration. Permission is not granted until confirmed in writing. If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, identify the affected work, the page URL, your relationship to the rightsholder, the basis of the concern and a way to reply. We will assess the report and may seek clarification or remove or restrict disputed material.
